It ca be built how you want. Iamprsquove changed it so barbie size dolls can fit. Not flimsy plastic. The furniture isnamprsquot great but the house is brilliant. I would recommend buying 2 if you want to add height for taller dolls and it would be a mansion. The doll that comes with it is so sweet. My 6yr loves it.
