Care Instructions
Like all good knives it is preferable to hand wash with a soft cloth and dry immediately. We do not recommend using a dishwasher to clean you knives as the blade of the knife is at greater risk of damage when placed with other items such as cutlery and utensils. Should any stains appear after washing, rub the area with a mild nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner and wash the product thoroughly before use.

How to sharpen a Fine Edge Knife
All fine edge knives should be sharpened frequently to maintain their fine cutting edge. Use a genuine Wiltshire knife sharpener to sharpen and maintain the blade edge as required.
Please note that the bread knife is not suitable for sharpening.
