  When I received my order the net had no zipper on it so I contacted crazy sales and they were quick to reply and were very apologetic and sent me new net with a zipper.I was very happy with their customer service and am extremely happy with the quality of the trampoline it is very stable and well built.

  Kids love this and use it just about every day. Hubby was able to set it up with a bit of help from me. Kids get plenty of exercise and entertainment.

  Great product. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Took my husband about 2 12 hours by himself. Not sure what to do with the cover because it holds water when it rains and weighs the mat down badly unless ground is 100 level and cover is taught for water to drain through the little center hole. But its good in theory and can keep the mat cool on a sunny day if it is in direct sunlight. We roll it to the side to jump. We just have to take it off if it is going to rain or snow. The trampoline is awesome
