  In itself the NewWave induction portable cook top fits my requirement for an occasional additional cooking surface in a relatively small kitchen. The quality seems good and it has performed well over the month that I have used it.Use is straightforward and I like the capacity to select specific temperature levels and the response speed of the unit.The fan is loud which is a negative point. It is not too bad when doing other cooking but it is annoying if you want to quietly have something slowly simmering in the background at other times.I do not know how much the free pot contributes to the overall price of the package but better value may be found by considering options that provide the inductionheating unit on its own.

  For a versatile hot plate that is quick and so easy to use this is great. I was so surprised at how wonderful it is. The instruction booklet has a great guide with recommended settings depending upon what meal you are cooking. If you are looking for a fabulous stove top like the one you have at home then this is it. I love cooking and you can cook most things on this like stir frys pasta sauces rice. The little pot it comes with is handy also. It039s a good size with a base that is almost flat enough to use like a frying pan. I bought a smaller saucepan also and have found that is all I need. I recommend reading the instruction booklet before use to really understand how it works.
