Delivery was prompt however the actual instructions were very vague. It took an hr or 2 to put together with some help from a family member. They are good solid steps that fold away when not need just wish my staffie would use them shes never had to go up stairs so lm trying to teach her otherwise l would reccomend them if your interested in purchasing some. The 4 stars is only because of the lack of description in the instructions to put it together otherwise the actual product is a 5 star product.
