  I just love this machine it is so simple to use very light weight just glides over the floors I tested it on a very dirty covered patio tiled floor with pot plant stains it was magic much easier than a bucket broom. I can highly recommend this item.

  I tried a stream mop both cheap and expensive. I scrubbed the tiles on my knees. And then I found this floor polisher-scrubber that I have been looking for for years. I remembered the old Hoover polisher that my parents used on the floors years ago and despite searching retailers every where could never find a similar product. But now I have found this on line and floor and tile cleaning is made easy. Dirt is scrubbed away with minimum effort and my tiles always look clean.

  ONo. 60018819 received yesterday 15122016.I am returning this product for refund please of the 112.34 paid.I did not change my mind but find the quality of this product not satisfactory. Floor Polisher. Assembly Instruction 1 says to slide the handle section into the plastic handle after removing the fastening screw. Despite all my efforts it does not fit. Somewhat tried Instruction 2 - more trouble.That was enough for me. Did not go further.I am returning to the sender Ausway Pacific Pty Ltd MPF ULD 321 SUNSHINE WEST VIC 8438.I would appreciate a refund of 112.34 to either my Mastercard or my Westpac 734-013 51-8450.Please advise.

  as i never received a instruction manual with the product and despite numerous requests to crazy sales about having one sent to me and still not having one sent cant say if the product works or not it looks awesome and is very well packaged and arrived quickly if i ever get a manual i can try product
