I have always found Crazy Sales service of the highest standard and their prices when compared to other companies to be very competitive. Very disappointed. The product arrived and was obviously it the colour as advertised. Also, the product did not fit into mr existing vanity. I rand support at crazy Sales. The lass advised me to replace the two items back into the original boxes as it was pa ked on delivery. She also requested I put an ore on the boxes with the consignment number. I photographed each step of the replacing of both boxes. I wrote the consignment number with black texts clearly on each box as requested and again photographed each box. It was all then forwarded by email to Crazy Sales. The next day I received an email from Crazy Sales stating as that I had written the consignment number on each box they would not accept the items and would not give me a refund. Soooo pissed off. I will never purchase from this company again. -
