Sorry for the major delay in reviewing, I didn't realise I had the option to review my purchases. These towel rails work really well, they are nice and compact and don't take up too much floor space and do a great job of warming up your towels before showering/bathing or for drying off your towels afterwards.

We live in the Southern Highlands of NSW and it is cold and wet here, so we need lots of woolly jumpers that need handwashing and take forever to dry. This is the perfect solution! A little bit wobbly, and you need to be aware that some yellowish colour could come off on your whites, but just use a light dry towel underneath the drying item. But overal, a great product and really useful in the cooler months.

Prompt delivery. Very happy within the product. It installed easily and works just as expected. This is a good quality product. The only problem I had with it is that it has quite a short cord

Bet thing for both bathrooms in the house. Instead of the kids leaving the wet towels on the ground after a shower they hang it up on the towel rack for quick drying. Saved me from constant towel washing
